Submission of the 2025 livestock register completed, the application phase for LEA 2026 has begun

Geo-spatial application in Rhineland Palatinate (LEA) in Rhineland Palatinate

This year, for the first time, applicants were able to enter and submit their livestock registers directly into LEA digitally between January and March. To enable data to be loaded into the application quickly and easily, import functions have also been implemented. Automatic validation ensures that all submitted data is accurate and complete. We are pleased to support the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Economic Affairs with the livestock register as it takes another step towards digital administration in the agricultural sector.

At the end of March, the application phase for LEA 2026 in Rhineland-Palatinate began. Applications for basic income support, redistributive income support, young farmer income support, coupled income support for livestock, eco-schemes and agri-environment-climate measures (EULLa) can be submitted until the end of May. New customisation options allow the application to be tailored to individual needs. This will make the application process even more user-friendly.

Following the application phase, farmers will have the opportunity to make changes to their application details from June until 30 September 2026. As in previous years, LEA offers well-established automated functions for handling overlaps and for checking and submitting change requests.
